350th Anniversary of the First Postmark
The Generic Sheet is named after Henry Bishop who was Postmaster General when the first postmark was introduced. It features 20 1st class seal stamps, designed by hat-trick, from the Business and Consumer Smilers set issued in 2010.2011 (September 15 2011)
